Objectives

We strive to achieve the following objectives:

  1. Enhance knowledge and skills of women and youth for increased income, improved healthcare, farm production, gender sensitive leadership and decision making;
  2. Enrich RUHEPAI capacity to learn, respond and provide quality services that address socio-economic empowerment of women and youth in target communities;
  3. Increase RUHEPAI capacity to develop as an institution and sustain her performance, financial base and identity.

 

Strength

Our work and uniqueness are demonstrated through working with grass root people while leaving a lasting impression on their lives. We apply distinctive approaches that motivate our beneficiaries to put actions into practice. For a period of 18 years of our existence, lives of over 2,973 beneficiaries with majority being females have been empowered and transformed to become self-reliant and lead independent lives. Located and operating in Isingiro and Wakiso districts with owned office premises, committed staff, functional board and legal compliant.
